HOW TO ORDER
        If you have chosen an artwork that you wish to buy here is how to order.

1. PLACE AN ORDER
         All prices are in EUR. The price of each piece of art is defined by the author, which in some cases is a subject of negotiation. If a piece of art is to be sold within the territory of Bulgaria the prices are negotiable. If you are interested in a particular artwork, let us know and the Gallery will inform you for the price, once shipment and handling are talked through. 2. PRICES
         The prices are declared in EUR. The price of each piece of art is defined by the decision of the author, which in some cases is subject of negotiation. This is recomended particularly in case of order of more than one work by an author. When you tell us about a work, which you take an interest, the Gallery will inform you about the price, and the ways of delivery shall be made more precize. 3. ARTWORK
        All paintings and goblins are framed as the price of the frame is included in the total price. If you are interested in a particular artwork, you may come and see the painting or goblin framed. Silvena Art Gallery will frame the artwork with a frame of your choice.

4. ARTIST'S RIGHTS
        The buyer must agree to the following conditions if the artwork is to be purchased:
        1.The buyer does not have the right to use the artwork as an image, in other words, it cannot be reproduced, copies cannot be made and sold without the artist's approval.
        2. The buyer, however, has some limited rights to use the artwork as an image, he/she will receive the image in a digital form, with maximum quality and limited copyrights, which are to be specified by signing a contract at the time of purchase.

5. ORDER CONFORMATION
         After receiving a filled in order form, Silvena Art Gallery is obliged to inform the customer for the total price, which includes the artwork, frame, shipping, handling and insurance.

6. PAYMENT
         After your order is confirmed, a contract will be signed and you will be informed via e-mail, that you can make the money transfer to our account in Reifeisen bank with the invoice you will receive. If the artwork is purchased within Bulgaria arrangements will be made for the payment and delivery.

7. DELIVERY
        After Silvena Art Gallery receives confirmation of payment, the artwork will be mailed along with the paperwork for ownership to the address given by the buyer. The buyer can choose a courier via which the shipment will be made. The shipment cost will be included in the total cost of the artwork. If the artwork is to be mailed outside Bulgaria, duty and customs expenses are to be paid by buyer. We suggest you check the condition of the artwork when delivered to you before signing for it.
